California Proposition 65 Warning

This warning is required by California law for products that contain certain listed chemicals. It does not mean the product is unsafe when used as intended, and you will find similar warnings on many soft plastic fishing baits and on countless everyday products. We provide it so you can make an informed choice.

Not for consumption

Our baits are fishing lures. They are not food and are not intended for human or animal consumption. Do not eat them, and keep them away from small children and pets. Because they carry the Proposition 65 warning above, wash your hands after handling them.

Product safety and intended use

Sweets baits are made for fishing and are meant to be used by anglers who are comfortable handling tackle. They are not toys, they can include small parts, and they should be stored out of the reach of children and pets. Store them in their original bags, out of direct sun and extreme heat, and keep different colors and different bait materials separated so they do not react with one another.
